App Config in Bundlers

JavaScript has many different types of bundlers. App Config tries to support the most popular ones.

This is helpful in environments where you cannot keep app-config files on the filesystem (like web apps). The App Config bundler plugins "resolve" your configuration, so that only the basics are included.
